The following letter, dated March 7, 1963, was sent from the Financial Secretary of the Felshteener Organization, Usher Reisis, to Rae Biser, a former Felshtiner who emigrated to Philadelphia. It thanks her for her $30 contribution to a memorial plaque sponsored by the Felsheener Organization in memory of the Martyrs of Felshtin. The plaque was to be erected by the Felshteener Relief Committee and to be located at a Youth Center in Dimona, Israel.

The letter also indicates the names of the officers of the Felshteener Organization at the time.
